Every penny counts

The Sea-Hawks and the School of Human Kinetics and Recreation are asking all members of the community to donate their pennies to help support the Iris Kirby House as part of the Telegram's Warm Hearts campaign.

Every penny countsSupporters of varsity athletics can bring their pennies to Sea-Hawks home games from now up until the end of the season on February 23, 2013. A container will be placed at the Sea-Hawks Shop located on the upper level of the Field House at home games.

People on campus can also drop off their pennies (or other cash donation) to the School of Human Kinetics and Recreation main office located in the front lobby of the Physical Education Building to help the Sea-Hawks and HKR raise 100,000 pennies.

Pennies will be collected up until February 22, 2013.

So go through your piggy banks and find those coppers and donate them to a good cause. Every penny counts.
